Complete Control over setup

With BizTrack’s Forms, you are in complete control of setting up forms to get the correct information from the correct customer – on time.

You can easily specify the type of answers you want (Multiple Choice, Photos, Signatures, Dates, Numbers, etc) with intelligent routing based on the answer provided, you can be taken to the next relevant question. After setting up the form, you can assign the forms to different stores / chains to ensure only the relevant information is gathered at the relevant stores. You can also set start and end dates for the forms.

Detailed reports are available for all these forms with a complete history of all the forms for each customer available.
